Cottage Gardens
During this delightful workshop, you will be exploring Gail's 'scribble' technique, a unique way to achieve a stained glass effect on fused designs. Embrace the opportunity to learn how to free machine quilt, even if you're feeling a bit cautious or have been underwhelmed by previous attempts. The beauty of this activity lies in the freedom it offers - the direction of your quilting lines is not a concern here!
- Learn how to create a cottage garden design using an assortment of flower designs provided by Gail
- Fuse your chosen flowers and leaves onto the background
- Experience the joy of free machine quilting as you doodle your way round and round each piece
Throughout the workshop, you will be working with a variety of materials to bring your design to life. Despite any initial hesitations, the experience is meant to be a relaxing and enjoyable one. Unleash your creativity and see how this workshop can boost your confidence in free machine quilting.
By the end of the session, you'll take home your beautiful creation with a subtle stained glass effect.

In addition to spending your time crafting there is a coffee shop on site - O For Coffee. Tudor Rose Patchwork offers students 10% discount on anything consumed from O For Coffee. As well as a large selection of hot and cold drinks, the menu includes jacket potatoes, sandwiches, paninis, toasties, soups. For those with a sweet tooth there is also a variety of cakes baked on site including gluten free and vegan options.

Should Tudor Rose Patchwork have to cancel a workshop you will receive a full refund.

Should you wish to cancel your attendance on a workshop more than 30 days before the workshop date you will receive a refund less our £5 administration fee. Tudor Rose Patchwork may be able to transfer your booking to another date.

Should you wish to cancel your attendance on a workshop less than 30 days before the workshop date, your payment will only be refunded if we are able to fill your place, less our £5 administration fee.

Refunds will be made to card or paypal account that the original payment was made from or can be taken in the form of goods or other workshops or group dates to value of the refund being made.

If a pattern is available for the workshop and no refund is able then Tudor Rose Patchwork will arrange for you to receive the pattern.

Patterns are not available for workshops that you have not attended or paid for.
