Cottage Gardens
This day is your chance to try out Gail's 'scribble' technique - a lovely way of adding a subtle stained glass effect to fused designs. If you've never tried free machine quilting - or perhaps are a bit wary of it? - this is a perfect way to get to grips with it. Maybe you've had a go and didn't impress yourself with the results...? Well, the joy of this workshop is: it actually doesn't matter where the lines of quilting go!
You can create your cottage garden design using any combination you fancy of the flowers designs Gail will provide on the day; your chosen flowers and leaves are fused onto the background, then you simply scribble round and round each piece several times with free machine quilting; it's as easy as doodling.

In addition to spending your time crafting there is a coffee shop on site - O For Coffee. Tudor Rose Patchwork offers students 10% discount on anything consumed from O For Coffee. As well as a large selection of hot and cold drinks, the menu includes jacket potatoes, sandwiches, paninis, toasties, soups. For those with a sweet tooth there is also a variety of cakes baked on site including gluten free and vegan options.

Should Tudor Rose Patchwork have to cancel a workshop you will receive a full refund.

Should you wish to cancel your attendance on a workshop more than 30 days before the workshop date you will receive a refund less our £5 administration fee. Tudor Rose Patchwork may be able to transfer your booking to another date.

Should you wish to cancel your attendance on a workshop less than 30 days before the workshop date, your payment will only be refunded if we are able to fill your place, less our £5 administration fee.

Refunds will be made to card or paypal account that the original payment was made from or can be taken in the form of goods or other workshops or group dates to value of the refund being made.

If a pattern is available for the workshop and no refund is able then Tudor Rose Patchwork will arrange for you to receive the pattern.

Patterns are not available for workshops that you have not attended or paid for.

Patterns remain the property of the tutor and should not be copied, passed on or used for teaching purposes without the permission of the tutor.
