Gillian from PingWynny Textiles.

Gillian lives in Hull and has worked with textiles as long as she can remember. After finishing her degree in Photographic Art, she completed City and Guilds P1&2 in Creative Embroidery which put her on the path to designing her own range of kits and courses. 

She runs both one-day workshops to create one-off pieces as well as longer courses to make larger quilt projects. 

She enjoys working with a large range of techniques including free motion quilting, patchwork, raw edge applique, hand embroidery, beading, fabric painting/stencilling and fabric collage to name a few.
