Paraffle Peacock Embroidery Kit

You might already know that 'Paraffle' means 'embroidery' in old Scots - but did you also know that it means 'an extravagant display'? That's exactly what this peacock is - ostentatious, shiny and gorgeous!

• includes DMC mouline thread, stitch guide, Size 7 embroidery needle, fabric, hoop and stencil on water soluble paper.

• Each pattern is printed onto a water soluble adhesive fabric stabiliser - when the kit arrives, simply peel the pattern off the backing paper and stick it onto your fabric. Once you've finished stitching, the stabiliser dissolves away in lukewarm water.

Suitable for beginners (and more experienced stitchers), this design uses ten types of embroidery stitch. The guide included gives comprehensive instructions for each stitch, making it easy to create your own piece of embroidery art.
