Sally's Autumn Hare Tote Pattern - Designed by Purple Boots

This machine embroidered adorable hare sits in a field of wheat and poppies. Composed of small scraps of fabric which combine to enhance the natural colours of fur and grass, you can really let your creativity come to the fore with this practical tote bag.

This pattern will show you how to create your own hare tote bag, with simple to follow instructions to guide you through embroidery and construction.

Finished size (excluding handles): 12" x 17" x 8" (30cm x 43cm x 20cm)

Fabric 1 - Craft Canvas - 50cm - Alabaster

Fabric 2 - Craft Canvas - 50cm - Milk Chocolate

Fabric 3 - Craft Canvas - 25cm x 13cm - Gold or Mustard

Fabric 4 & 5 - Craft Cotton - 25cm x 13cm - Reds

Fabric 6 & 7 - Craft Cotton - 25cm x 13cm - Greens

Fabric 8-12 - Craft Cotton - 25cm x 13cm - Browns

Bondaweb or similar

Thread to match - polyester or cotton suitable for your sewing machine. Variegated autumnal colours work well for the machine embroidery.
