This page on our website is going to be used to keep you up-to-date with what we are doing at Tudor Rose Patchwork during the coronavirus epidemic to continue providing you with the services you expect from us.
Each entry will be dated and the messages will be posted in reverse date order (newest at the top) so that you don't have to "hunt" for the latest details.
We are very much "at the mercy" of the disease itself and, more immediately, of the Government's latest actions to attempt to control/mitigate the epidemic's impact. We will be following government guidelines. If you have coronavirus symptoms, please follow the latest advice on self-isolation from the Health Ministry.
Your health is very important to us!
We are open for business as usual. And so is O For Coffee.
Workshops and groups will run as usual EXCEPT where tutors cannot come in for health reasons. If this occurs we will contact you. Since our groups and workshops rarely have more than 12 people in them they fall well under the current government definition of a large "social group".
We understand that you may be in the "at-risk" cohort in relation to the disease and that you may not wish to attend groups. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will come to an arrangement with you that suits both you and us. Normal non-attendance rules will apply.
We are still open for business as usual! And so is O For Coffee, although the coffee shop hours are now 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. rather than 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. due to a reduction in demand for early breakfasts.
Workshops and groups have been running as usual, and the participants have been enjoying themselves "immensely". Social distancing has been working well and we are confident that this will continue. Everybody understands the dangers and the need to take these precautions, but all reports from customers have been very positive. We have had some extraordinarily generous offers of help from customers. We are very touched by your willingness to aid us in keeping the lights on.
