A light woven nylon chiffon that is similar to Georgette. A very pretty navy background with small white polka dots and hearts layered above. It looks amazing as a scarf, but could also be used to make tops and shirts. This material is transparent and would need layering or lining. It would be perfect for summer dresses, table decoration, or any themed event.
