Exiting Bedford, go straight through two roundabouts and onto the A6 dual carriageway going north. About a mile after crossing the Ouse, take the next exit marked Oakley and Clapham. Go straight through the roundabout at the top of the slip road, heading to Oakley. Once you have passed under the railway bridge (single lane under the bridge), take the first right. This is Station Road. Follow Station Road for about half a mile. Oakley Park is on your right about 50 metres before the road veers to the left. Tudor Rose Patchwork is the first unit you will see.

Exit the M1 at Junction 14. Follow the A509 until you come to a roundabout (Newport Pagnell). Turn right at that roundabout and then go straight through the next one (it's almost a double roundabout). Follow the A509 for about a mile to the next roundabout (the Chicheley Roundabout) and turn right onto the A422. Follow the A422 until you reach Bromham, about eight miles. Carry on through Bromham on Stagsden Road until you reach the centre of the village. Turn left onto Village Road. Follow Village Road until you reach Oakley Road. Turn left onto Oakley Road and continue along it for about half a mile until you reach Church Lane on your right. Turn right onto Church Lane and follow it across the Ouse. The road comes to an intersection with Lovell Road a hundred metres further on. Turn right onto Lovell Road. Station Road is the second on the left. Turn left onto Station Road and follow it until you see the car sales ahead of you on your right. Turn in the gate immediately before the car sales. Tudor Rose Patchwork is the end unit.
